I understand that the subliminal audio product will be delivered directly to me via email upon creation, and then the digital clone of my voice will be promptly deleted from all services. I understand this clone will be used solely for this stated purpose and no other, respecting all ethical and legal guidelines.

By using this voice cloning product, you represent and warrant that the voice samples you upload are of your own voice and that you have obtained all necessary permissions or consents to use them in this manner. You agree not to use this product to create, distribute, or use cloned voices in any way that violates the rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property or legal rights. Any unauthorized or improper use of this product will be solely at your risk and may subject you to legal liability.
