Welcome! If you’re reading this, you’re thinking about ordering your very first custom subliminal — and that’s exciting. A custom is a personal, tailored build designed around your goals, not anyone else’s. It’s one of the most powerful things we offer, and we want your first experience to feel smooth, clear, and confident.

This guide will walk you through everything you need to know before you click “order.” No pressure, no rush — just the essentials.

First Things First: Are You New to Subliminal Club?

If this is your first time hearing about us, take a moment to explore SubliminalClub.com before ordering a custom. Our website covers:

  • What subliminals are and how ours work
  • How to listen properly (this matters more than people realize)
  • Our Major Titles — pre-built products covering popular goals
  • The science and philosophy behind what we do

Why does this matter? Because customs are most powerful when you already understand the basics. If you’re brand new, you may even discover that one of our Major Titles already does exactly what you want — saving you time, money, and the work of building from scratch.

Take Your Time — Seriously

We can’t stress this enough: there is no rush.

A custom is a personal investment, both financially and emotionally. The customers who get the best results are the ones who:

  • Spend time clarifying what they actually want
  • Read about the modules that interest them
  • Ask questions before ordering, not after
  • Resist the urge to pack in every shiny module they see

A well-thought-out custom built next week will outperform a rushed custom built tonight. Give yourself permission to think it through.

How It Works

Before we get into the steps, here’s the basic flow so you know what to expect:

  • You license your cores and modules first. Every core and every module must be licensed to your account before you can use it in a custom build. Each one is $14.99. Simply add the modules to your cart and either purchase them, or proceed to the Build Form with the chosen cores and modules in your cart.
  • Once your cores and modules are licensed, head over to the Build Form to put your custom together: https://q.subliminalclub.com/product/build-options-zp/
  • You only license each core or module once. Once it’s on your account, you can reuse it in any future custom builds — so think of licensing as building your personal toolkit over time.

That’s the big picture. Now let’s walk through how to actually plan and build a great first custom.

Step 1: Get Clear on Your Goal

Before you even look at modules, ask yourself:

  • What is the ONE main outcome I want from this build?
  • What does my life look like if this custom works perfectly?
  • Why do I want this — for myself, or because of outside pressure?

The tighter and clearer your goal, the better your custom will be. A custom aimed at “becoming more confident in social settings and dating” will outperform one aimed at “being better at life.” Specificity is power.

If you’re struggling to narrow it down, that’s a sign to pause and reflect — or hop on the forum and chat with other listeners who’ve been there.

Step 2: Choose Your Core

Quick note before we dive in: Our cores are based on the Major Titles available at SubliminalClub.com — so if you want a deeper understanding of what each core actually does, browse the Major Titles page. Each one gives you a clear picture of the experience that core delivers.

Also worth knowing: a core isn’t strictly required. You can build a custom entirely out of modules with no core at all. That said, we strongly recommend including one — cores provide a tremendous amount of value, depth, and cohesion that modules alone can’t replicate. For a first-time custom especially, a core gives your build a strong foundation to stand on.

Every custom is built on a core — the foundation that shapes the entire experience. Cores cover broad domains like:

  • Physical transformation
  • Mental performance and mindset
  • Wealth and success
  • Status and presence
  • Relationships and attraction
  • Healing and well-being

Your core should align with your main goal. Not sure which core fits? This is a great time to ask in the forum or open a support ticket — we’re happy to help you choose.

A note for first-timers: You can technically include up to two cores in a custom, but for your first build we strongly recommend sticking with a single core. One core means a tighter, more focused custom — and tighter customs deliver stronger, clearer results. You’ll have plenty of time to experiment with dual-core builds once you’ve got a feel for how customs work.

Step 3: Select Your Modules

This is the fun part — picking the modules that bring your custom to life! It’s also the step where first-timers most often get a little carried away, so we’ll help you keep it focused.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • You can include up to 20 modules maximum. This is a hard cap, no exceptions.
  • Fewer, focused modules outperform a packed build. A custom with 8–12 well-chosen modules often produces stronger results than one stuffed to the limit.
  • Each module has a specific purpose. Read the descriptions carefully and pick the ones that genuinely support your main goal.
  • Build around a focused outcome. Pick one clear direction and choose modules that all point toward it. For example, if your goal is “becoming a confident, magnetic communicator,” every module you add should support that — voice, presence, social ease, charisma. When your modules share a common thread, they reinforce each other and your results land harder. If you catch yourself adding a module that’s pulling in a different direction than the rest, set it aside for a future build instead, or use a major title alongside your custom.

Pro tip: Make a shortlist of modules that interest you, then walk away for a day. Come back and cut anything that doesn’t directly serve your core goal. You’ll thank yourself later.

Even better tip: Share your potential build on the forum before submitting! Posting your draft and asking for feedback is one of the most valuable things you can do as a first-timer. Experienced listeners will spot conflicts, suggest swaps, and share what’s worked for them in similar builds. It’s an incredibly helpful resource — and it’s free. Take advantage of it.

Step 4: Review Before You Submit

Once your build is submitted, it’s locked in. That means:

  • Double-check your core selection
  • Re-read your module list
  • Confirm your title is what you want it to be
  • Make sure the build genuinely reflects your goal

Take a final pass with fresh eyes — even sleep on it if you can. A few extra minutes of review beats a custom you wish you’d built differently.

After You Order: What to Expect

  • Build times are typically 3–5 business days (not counting weekends). Customs are crafted carefully, not mass-produced — so please be patient.
  • You’ll get updates through the “Where Is My Custom” system — check there for status before reaching out.
  • Once delivered, follow the listening instructions at SubliminalClub.com — how you listen matters as much as what you listen to.

Where to Get Help

You’re not alone in this. We’ve got multiple ways to support you:

  • The Forum — Community guidance, real listener experiences, build feedback, and answers from people who’ve been where you are. This is often the fastest place to get input.
  • Support Tickets — For order-specific issues, technical problems, or anything personal you’d rather not post publicly. Our support team is here for you.
  • SubliminalClub.com — Product info regarding cores and the such.

A Final Word

Your first custom is the start of a journey, not a one-shot deal. Many of our long-time listeners look back at their first build and laugh at how much they tried to cram in — and that’s okay. You’ll learn what works for you over time.

For now: breathe, take your time, do your research, and ask questions when you need to. We’re glad you’re here, and we’re rooting for you.
