Why Am I Limited to 20 Modules?

The same reason why we will not allow making huge subliminals containing all modules at once – it is important to have focus in a subliminal. The less modules you have, the more focused your subliminal will be. Depending on your goals, you might want to add just a couple of modules to master a specific area, or you might want to add all 20 and master a couple of areas in a bit longer time frame.
